Frozen pipe in Hopewell Junction, NY home

This before photo is only part of the damage this home suffered. The owner was away for 2 weeks in warmer temperatures and came back to water damage throughout the entire first floor of the home from a pipe that had burst due to exposure to freezing temps.

All the flooring and some of the sub-floor in the home had to be removed, contents were packed up and brought to our facility for mitigation including precious memorabilia and documents and everything was dried out and reconstructed. The owner was pleased as to how much we were able to return back to how things were including and a brand new floor and carpeting.
